    Dr. Rodrigo Chan is highly regarded for his expertise in electrophysiology and his commitment to advancing the treatment of heart disease. He has contributed to several notable publications and played an active role in major clinical trials involving catheter ablation and device implantation.

    Dr. Chan achieved a significant milestone as the first to implant the world's smallest cardiac defibrillator. As a frequent national lecturer, he has presented extensively to the American Heart Association and the American College of Cardiology.

    Specializing in cardiac electrophysiology, Dr. Chan focuses on heart rhythm assessment and diagnostics, pacemaker and implantable cardiac defibrillator implantation and management, electrical cardioversion, as well as radiofrequency and cryoablation treatments for atrial fibrillation.

    He completed his Cardiac Electrophysiology and Cardiovascular Medicine fellowships at the prestigious Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Medicine. Dr. Chan is board-certified in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology, Cardiovascular Medicine, and Internal Medicine. Additionally, he spent two years at Johns Hopkins University Hospital conducting groundbreaking research on cardiac pacing and heart failure.
