Vincent Peterson, DO

Dr. Vincent Peterson is a board-certified interventional cardiologist focusing on endovascular medicine. He joined Daytona Heart Group in 2016 and treats coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, and structural heart conditions using advanced catheter-based techniques.

Dr. Peterson earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He completed fellowships in cardiology at Rowan University and interventional cardiology and endovascular medicine at Deborah Heart and Lung Center.

He is also board-certified in nuclear cardiology and echocardiography. Dr. Peterson holds an academic appointment as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Florida State University College of Medicine and has published research on stent technology, valve replacement, and minimally invasive interventions. He is committed to helping patients understand their options and feel confident in their care.
