Professional BackgroundDr. Glenn Rayos is a board-certified interventional cardiologist who has been with Daytona Heart Group since 1996. He specializes in procedures to open blocked arteries, improve circulation, and treat heart disease without open surgery.
Dr. Rayos earned his medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School and his bachelor’s in cellular and molecular biology from the same institution. He completed his residency and internship at Washington University Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in cardiology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he served as Chief Cardiology Fellow.
He has held staff appointments at multiple hospitals and served on critical care and cardiology committees.
