Hanscy Seide, MD, FACC

Dr. Hanscy Seide is a board-certified cardiologist with subspecialty expertise in clinical cardiac electrophysiology, diagnosing and treating heart rhythm disorders. He has been with Daytona Heart Group since 2004, providing care to patients with arrhythmias ranging from atrial fibrillation to complex conduction system disease.

Dr. Seide earned his medical degree from Universidad Del Noreste School of Medicine in Tampico, Mexico, and completed his internal medicine residency at Mayaguez Medical Center in Puerto Rico. He then completed a cardiology fellowship at the University of Puerto Rico Cardiovascular Center and an electrophysiology fellowship at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Seide is fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Haitian Creole and connects with patients from diverse backgrounds. He has held academic appointments and served as Director of Electrophysiology Studies at Halifax Medical Center. A Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a member of the Heart Rhythm Society, he has participated in research on atrial fibrillation, cardiac devices, and stroke prevention.
